JB Rapid LLC – Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JB Rapid LLC. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a return:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it.

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

    • In resalable condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before shipping your item back, please contact our customer service team at support@jbrapid.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Please clearly write or print your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Shipping the Return: Use a traceable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.

  • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • Approval & Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer or bank's processing times.
